Why is this office so far from the city centre? Why does the redelivery website not allow redelivery to a Norwich post office close to where I work? Why is it so difficult to speak to an advisor on Royal Mail's customer phone line? Your Something for you card should clarify tbat Saturday is a working day. So now starting a one hour track to collect this item.

arrived to pick up two parcels that I missed collection on, could only find one red slip, despite both parcels being identical and my name and address being on both and willing to give a signature AND supplying ID I now must wait until Wednesday for it to be redelivered.......? What's your game? Very unhelpful

Ridiculous to have a large car park at the rear and not allow customers to park there. Awful customer service. Not surprised every other postal service is better.

Opens as early as 7am and closes late. Convenient for picking Mail after night shift and after normal hours too.
