I called on Tuesday 25th for an appointment as this is my current registered surgery in the morning. No appointments available for Tuesday or Wednesday. I called again on Thursday morning. No appointments available. Also explained why I need to see a doctor. I asked for the following week and was informed I couldn't make an appointment. Just to arrive at 8am and wait.........................

My experience with the nurse practitioners and doctors is very good to excellent. The overall management lets the side down badly. I have left messages as has my daughter, because the phone is rarely answered, but they do not respond to the messages. In my experience, the only way to get seen is to go to the morning walk in.

Called up to book an appointment with a nurse. Waited over 20 minutes on the phone, only to be told I have to call up at 8am at the morning (when I work late and sleep late into the mornings), or be booked in 3 weeks from now.

Nigh on impossible to book an appointment with my own GP because they're so popular (in general you should be required to book with your own GP).

My daughter has been bed ridden and high temperature with really bad sore throat for 3 days. I thought enough waiting I will get her to see a doctor. All the symptoms point towards her having pneumonia. Called the GP and they said take her to walk in centre cause the are only seeing emergency cases today. This practice is going from worse to worse. Before I could beg for a nurse to see my kids now even that has been taken away. I mean why don’t they just shut this practice and put people out of there misery. Atleast the people who live around this GP won’t have a false hope.
