Follow up from my last review. After making a complaint I recieved 2 free Platnum vallets. A special note to Hardi the manager at that branch. A very nice man to deal, so polite and helpful. I'd like to thank him personally for his help throughout the matter and offering me the free services. I will continue to use there buisness. Fantastic.

Seriously useless at this place. Top tip: drive a couple of miles and go to the one in Sprowston Road opposite the Aldi store.

£25! Utter rip off. Like a fool I didn’t check it over before I left. Got home to find that the mats had not been removed to vacuum under them and the same with rugs in the boot! The inside hadn’t been ‘dusted’ properly and the cup holders still had sticky drink residue in them.

Terrible experience.Diabolical customer service,rude,untrustworthy and overpriced.This car wash used to be good,im assuming it has changed ownership as the manager is new and this has sent it escalating downhill.Will never be using again.Avoid like the plague.
