Really pleasant experience. A very lovely member of staff helped me to order the bits I wanted by me just describing them to him - not even telling him a product code. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this store, it specifies that it's an order and collection point (kind of like an Argos) It's so much easier to order to the store for free rather than driving all the way to Milton Keynes or Lakeside for just a few bits!!!

Cannot see why anybody would go to Costa over the road. Cheaper, nicer coffee, and 50p cinnamon buns! Free WiFi and comfy seats. Handy service for furniture too - now is free click and collect which makes a lot more sense than the old system.

IKEA click and collect store. It's like a miniature IKEA. The whole idea of this store is to order your goods online and then collect them from this store. It helps with the delivery charges. You can buy small items like glasses, cups, cushions, pots, pans, plastic flowers and other small items. They had a small sale offering on mulled drinks and

The kitchen design service seemed good but they sold me a fridge/freezer which is not flame-retardant and solid oak worktops which show every little mark and take a huge amount of looking after. The kitchen does look very nice overall and I like the carousel units and under sink arrangement although the sink is problematic to install as there is less space than a standard sink. But if you are self assembling, it is a nightmare. The main issue is customer service - when you ring customer services they do not put you in touch with someone who knows anything about kitchen installation to advise you. Their call centre people try to work it out and do not know anything about the assembly. So after a long time on the phone, you are just referred to the assembly instructions which you have already seen or are referred to the shop who say the same thing, or they send out a new part which you either have to wait in six hours of the day for or go to Milton Keynes to collect and so it goes on day after day and then they have sent the wrong thing because they didn't understand your problem in the first place. IKEA - YOU HAVE GOT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES SO WRONG.

It's a good concept though why can't you order stuff online to the store? You have to go to the Order and Collection Point just to order when it would be much easier if you could order it online and come and collect it.
