Appalling service and a "couldn't care less" attitude when complaint made. New tyre was required upon cars annual service, so asked for it to be put on axle with another new tyre I'd had put on earlier. They put it on axle with a worn tyre on other side (isn't that unwise or even unsafe?) So rang to enquire why instructions not carried out but was met with apathy and couldn't be bothered to find out response. Said they couldn't (wouldn't) do anything about it. I've bought Toyotas from there and used them for servicing for decades, but no more - new car will be an Astra from Thurlow Nunn who my daughter uses and cannot praise enough.
